For Chef Kyle Marshall, food has always been more than just a profession - it's a way to connect. Growing up in a close-knit family, the kitchen quickly became his comfort zone. It’s where he learned that cooking isn’t just about recipes – it’s about care, creativity, and bringing people together.

After years honing his craft across hotel kitchens and private dining experiences, Kyle co-founded The 11th Floor with a clear philosophy:
food should feel indulgent, nostalgic, and unpretentious. His mantra, “Spoil yourself”, is woven through the entire experience
– from the menu design to the energy in the kitchen.
